Founded by then 20 year old Slater T. Panosian, a 3rd generation contractor, while venturing on his own after working and learning within his father's family business since Slater was old enough to climb his first ladder. His namesake originates from Slate roofing

Growing up, Slater T. Panosian was surrounded by a wealth of knowledgeable and experienced craftsmen in the construction industry and has gained valuable years of hands on education to supplement the foundation of his company

Slater T. Panosian is a licensed contractor in the state of Massachusetts and was one of the youngest contractors to obtain these licenses
